As part of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales growth in the Moorhead, MN area.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  2. Identify and qualify leads, and actively prospect for new customers.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  5. Negotiate and close sales deals.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals and quotas.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product features, and competitors.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and optimize sales processes.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer information.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand product features and benefits.
  • Proficiency in using Jobber software or the desire to learn to do so.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Valid driver's license.
